Free Shipping On Orders Over $50
We offer FREE standard ground shipping to domestic* customers on orders totaling over $50 (excluding tax). For orders under $50, a $7 flat shipping rate applies.
Following credit card authorization and verification, your merchandise will arrive to you in 5 – 7 business days, depending on the location. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Since our warehouse is located in Illinois, if your shipping address is an Illinois address, you can expect your package a bit earlier — usually within 2-3 days.
Please note that all shipping delivery times are in addition to our standard order processing time of 1-2 business days.
Order confirmation will be emailed to you after your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation via email once we ship your order, and it will include your tracking number that you can click to view the status.
*We currently ship domestic orders to locations within the US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipping rates to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico will be provided at the point of purchase.
We now serve and ship to select* locations worldwide. Flat Rate, Free Shipping, and Free Returns offers do not apply on international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable import taxes and/or fees. We offer two reliable and convenient international shipping options through the United States Postal Service (USPS):
- USPS Priority Mail International: delivery within 6-10 business days (tracking is unavailable for international destinations)
- USPS Express Mail International: delivery within 3-5 business days (fully trackable to the destination)
*International shipping is available to the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey.
Your order will be delivered to your country's Customs office by USPS. Your Customs office will process the package and then it will be delivered by your local postal service, usually the same one that delivers your mail to you. This option has very limited tracking and delays can occur during shipping, Customs processing and during final delivery.

If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Customs and Duty
Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
You will receive a confirmation email once your shoes are boxed up and ready to ship. It will include your tracking number and you can track your package from that email. Some tracking updates will not appear for a few days after the package ships, depending on where it is traveling to. USPS has very limited tracking. Your order will be delivered to your country's Customs office by USPS. You will see one tracking update once we ship the package, then possibly none while it travels to your country. Your Customs office will then process the package and this could take a couple days or a couple weeks or more, depending on how fast your Customs office is. Once cleared, it will be delivered by your local postal service, usually the same one that delivers your mail to you. Delays can occur for various reasons during shipping or while in Customs and we will not know why. Check your local postal carrier's website to see if there are any further details about your package once it clears Customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be absolutely head over heels in love with your purchase; but if something doesn't work out, unworn merchandise may be refunded in the original method of payment, subject to the following:
- Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt for a full refund;
- Returns made after 21 days will be issued store credit in the amount of the original purchase;
- Final sale items are not returnable. These items are marked "final sale";
- 'Midday Mania' promotional styles are final sale and are not returnable; any styles purchased at the Midday Mania promotional price cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. ;
- All shoes must be returned in brand new condition. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned to the customer at customer's expense;
- Footwear returns must be sent in a proper shipping box with the original shoebox inside including all original packaging and inserts for shoes. Do not tape or attach the label to the shoebox. Returns with shipping tape or labels attached will be charged a 20% restocking fee;
- Hosiery and leggings may be returned only if they are unworn and in their original packaging.
Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied and returned to the customer at customer's expense.
Returning Items Purchased Using a Groupon Voucher
Merchandise purchased using a Groupon discount voucher can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Customers who elect to receive store credit will receive a credit in the amount of the Groupon voucher ($60 on or before April 16, 2014; or $30 after April 16, 2014), plus any additional amount that was paid using a credit card. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Yellow Plum gift card, to be redeemed anytime at yellowplum.com.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Please complete the return/exchange form located here and include with return.
- If you are requesting an exchange, please complete the form by indicating an 'exchange' and also listing the new exchange size in the correct fields.
- Place the shoebox inside the shipping box (must be returned inside a shipping box to protect the shoe box).
- Mail returns to the address below within 21 days using the carrier and shipping timing of your choice:

Return & Exchange Processing
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed after items have been inspected and declared that they are in their original condition and meet all return criteria, usually within 3 – 5 business days.
1) For exchanges, if your new size(s) are in stock, it will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours, and you will receive a new shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number for the new shipment.
2) For returns, you will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 7 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
